it's my last month at university and everything has been pretty busy, i am definitely not ready to face the world after i graduate... but as they say, you must throw yourself into the deep end if you want to learn to swim! in my case if this was literal i would probably die as i can't swim, (and i have been to the deep end plenty of times).
these photos were taken on a friend's film set, where i was helping out with some stills. paolo is the protagonist in the film, titled 'star'. he is from sicily! the first day i didn't know and was thinking, 'wow he is really holding on to that italian accent,' (the character he plays is a 'petite italian visiting from rome'), and i comment 'your accent is so good!' and he just stares at me and replies with a 'what?...what accent?' face and i suddenly realise oh... he is italian. quick, say something to make yourself sound relatable and not so stoopid, 'i like... maccheroni calabresi'.
